Loft and single storey rear extension carried out by a professional team. We particularly liked their attention to detail and helpful suggestions they made. They were punctual, reliable, neat and very friendly. They made what could have been a stressful time so much easier. We are very pleased with the work that they have done and have recommended them to friends and family who we are sure will use them.

Vick and his team could not be more polite and really cracked on with the task in hand. There were some supply issues which slowed progress on occasions, but this was out of their control and they progressed other elements when necessary. We now have a extended and re-configured home and we highly recommend Vick and his team at Leon.

We are very pleased with our kitchen extension. Vick was flexible and made some great suggestions when we were not sure. The whole team was very polite and clean. I would recommend them for any project.

Summary Vicky and team were excellent. It was a pleasure (and relief) to have chosen a reliable and respectful builder during our first major house work. i would be comfortable recommending Vicky and team to friends and family (which I have done subsequent to the completion of our build). Building quality The extension was built to a very good standard and we were very happy with the end product. Professionalism A big worry I had was leaving my wife and new baby alone in the house with builders when I went to work, but Vicky’s team we’re always polite, friendly and professional. They made our family feel comfortable and my wife never felt unease being in the house alone with them. Problem solving Vicky was key in solving issues / errors in our architectural drawings (different company) and came up with cost effective solutions. We never got the feeling of “being ripped off” and that’s a testament to Vicky’s character. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Vicky, he delivered an excellent outcome for us, helped solve inevitable issues that come along with a build and acted in a professional and respectful manner throughout. I would be confident you would be very happy with the outcome if you chose to go with Vicky!

What can I say? If we hadn't had Vicky (Baljeet) working on this job, we'd never have survived this whole process. It's not worth going into, but before Vicky came on board, nearly everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Based on our terrible experience with architects, surveyors, building and planning permission, we spent a lot of time - a lot of time - choosing a builder. It was a large job - an extension to the kitchen and a loft conversion - so we knew it wouldn't be cheap.The quotes were extraordinary. The most expensive was four times the cheapest. We eventually went with Vicky after mailing previous clients, visiting a project he'd recently completed and talking confidentially with the owners. His work looked very good. His price was reasonable. He got to the work very fast, and his team were diligent, hard-working, and skilled - always on time, always respectful of us and the property. Vicky visited the site almost daily. The level of communication was exceptional. He was patient and tolerant of our indecision, made suggestions for improvements, pointed out possible flaws, and was with us all the way. He was a truly trusted adviser - open, honest, uncomplaining and completely focused on finding solutions. His mantra is that he is there to make things happen - and that's what he did. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Vicky. To anyone reading this: our advice is book him in as soon as you can. You won't regret it.

I hired Vick and his team to do a second storey extension. From the beginning, the team was clear and transparent regarding pricing and scope of works and provided useful and cost effective suggestions in terms of how to maximise the project, including floor space, roofing, etc. Day one, the team was courteous, clean, tidy, reliable, proactive and beyond helpful. They created a wonderful space for us- the professionalism and the excellent quality of the job and attention to detail is second to none. They were very accommodating regarding changes, extra works and making recommendations. I also really appreciated the way that Vick and team were more than happy to explain things to us, no matter how silly the question, they explained with calm and professionalism. I do not hesitate to recommend them (I have already done so with a number of neighbours who have seen their work and asked for their number!!) and they are my go to firm for future works. It has been an absolute pleasure having this team work on my project and I was actually sad to see them go!!!

Vick and the team were tremendous on my recent extension job. Everything was completed to plan, on schedule (material delays permitting) and for the price quoted at the outset. Solutions to problems as they arose were all discussed in detail and well dealt with. Any additions to the original spec were well scoped and favourably priced. The team was a real pleasure to have on-site. Friendly and really hard working. They were consistently on-site for a full 6 days a week during the course of the main clearance, build and works. I would highly recommend Vick and his team. I'm very pleased with the end result and will be looking to use their services again in the future.

Leon builders have done an excellent job with my 3 bedroom bathroom renovation. On time, on budget and Quality renovation. Definitely recommend.

We can highly recommend Vicky and his team who has done an excellent job with our extension and internal works to create a large family room and kitchen/diner. He took a huge amount of pressure off us by coordinating many parts of the work on our behalf. This has certainly contributed to us being so happy with the end result. His team on site was very knowledgable, professional, friendly & helpful throughout the job and has worked very hard. His team did a great job with tiling, installing sensor toilet and tap. It just look amazing 🤩 He showed on site everyday and replied to all my enquiries promptly. We are very happy with the work and would happily engage with Vicky again on any future jobs. Vicky and his team completed a rear single story extension and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship of the build. He is a friendly and pleasant builder who is happy to discuss and explain what he is doing and make changes/amendments to the project when needed. He also was able to finish the project to our deadline (Christmas). We are pleased with the work he has completed and also hired him to complete an additional small project. We would happily recommend Vicky and his team.
