we recently had the pleasure of working with Leon building contractors limited, and i cant recommend them highly enough! They carried out a single story rear extension, an internal garage conversion and porch to the front of the house. On top of that they installed our new kitchen and toilet suite downstairs all finished to a high standard. From start to finish Vic and his team were amazing nothing was too much trouble and were always happy to do anything without a fuss. Their attention to detail was first class. It wasn't only us who was impressed but our neighbors commented how friendly, respectful and hard working they all were and have already asked for his contact details. Vic trade contacts also helped us with windows/bi-folds and quartz worktops all high quality at much cheaper prices i could find myself! Thanks again to Vic and the team for doing such a brilliant job, we have no hesitation to use again in the future!

We hired Leon building contractors limited to construct an outbuilding, Vicky and his team did great job. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The project was completed on time and within budget, with excellent communication throughout. The price quoted to us by Vicky was very reasonable. Highly recommended — we’d definitely use them again for future projects!

Vicky and team did a great job. Turned up on time everyday (unless specifically told me they weren't coming on a particular day) and worked around the clock to get the job done. We changed our mind about certain things throughout the project which never concerned Vicky (or at least he didn't let it show), he remained flexible which helped us make the right decisions. Initial estimated completion was 4-6 months, job was complete within 7 months. I've had some odd things needing checking/fixing which Vicky has attended too. All in all happy with the job, would recommend and use again.

I recently hired Leon Building Contractors for a loft conversion and chimney removal, and I’m very pleased with the final outcome. Vicky, who managed the project, gave me a very reasonable initial quote that included a complete water system upgrade, which was a major part of the job. However, the total cost did increase. This was for unexpected work we discovered along the way, such as changing the ceiling, replacing the banister, repainting, and other extras. The project took about two weeks longer than originally agreed, but Vicky and his team were consistently clean and left the house in great condition, requiring no major post-construction cleaning. The work did cause some inconvenience for the neighbors, but Vicky made a real effort to maintain good relations with them, being patient and understanding throughout the process. Overall, despite the time extension and extra costs for the additional work, I would recommend Leon Building Contractors. Their professionalism, attention to cleanliness, and ability to manage both the project and neighborg relations made the experience a positive one.

Vick came first to see the job quote the job quick and very competitive. Honestly the price was much less than other quotes we had. Vick and team was always helpfull with new ideas. Recommend him for friends already and they already doing project in my friend’s house.Very happy with the outcome.

Vic’s quote was extremely competitive. He and his team were very punctual, clean and tidy. The speed they work is phenomenal so much so the job was finished ahead of schedule. I was kept informed at all times and no extra work was taken on without my consultation. The end result is beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Vic and his team.

Overall Vick & his team did a great job with our single storey rear extension that we're very happy with. Vick was quick to reply to messages and always available on the phone should you need to speak to him. He provided clear dates on when each stage of the build would start and relying the weather held up, he delivered on these. Vick's quote was competitive and he delivered the build on budget. Any additional costs were made clear beforehand and we always had the choice whether to go ahead with them or not. Vick's team were very polite and courteous and always did their best to ensure the site was kept tidy and secure. Any works we felt could be done better or were not exactly as per the design, we highlighted these to Vick and he was always quick to resolve or redo the work without an issue.

I was happy with what I saw and the quoted price so hired Vicky and his team for this projects. Vicky was very helpful throughout which made the process less stressful. Very happy overall.
