Lee arrived at stated time, before Lee started the work he informed of what he would be doing before starting the job. Lee cleaned the bathroom after taking out the old window before he proceeded to put in the new bathroom window panel. I found Lee and his assistant to be very polite. I am very satisfied with the completed work and would definitely recommend Lee to any potential customers Excellent work :-))

Delighted by the work carried out by Lee to replace all our sills in our Conservatory. He was totally reliable from the first contact made. We arranged a date and time to do the job and Lee arrived as promised. All work was completed within the time frame quoted. He also tidied up and removed all the old sills. Would definitely use again. First class.

Lee replaced the hinges on my elderly mums window. He was a very friendly, happy chappy and I would not hesitate to recommend him. A small job but completed well for a very good price and all current guidelines were followed and respected. Very impressed and pleased that we chose him.

Lee was friendly, punctual and efficient. He got me the letterbox I requested and removed the old one. Noticed slight mark on letterbox and told Lee after he left. He offered to come back the next day with a special cleaner or to replace box with no extra charge if mark didn’t come off. I managed to clean mark as it was just a bit of the adhesive off the packaging so did not require him to come back. I am very happy with my new letterbox, it’s secure and looks good too. Thank you Lee.

Lee was prompt for both the estimate and the fitting. The replacement triple glazed panel is a perfect match for the rest of the window, very satisfactory.
