Being a slightly tricky project we undertook (levelling flooring following removal of wall), unlike other companies I sought quotations from, Lee was able to provide positive solutions to progress the works, rather than list a raft of issues which others tended to do! From the outset Lee provided professional and friendly service, not only in proactively engaging with other tradesman I had employed in refurbishing my ground floor, but in his ability to identify and provide solutions to complete the installation of high quality vinyl planks throughout our ground floor to an exceptionally high standard. Competitively priced, proactive and delivering within agreed timescales quoted at the time the works were quoted means I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to others. As an aside I had an issue with an area of flooring that was not associated with the installation Lee completed for me. One phone call and Lee popped over and fixed the problem I had at no additional charge which just about sums up the service I have come to expect from Lee, top draw.

Highly recommended. Laid 45m2 of karndean and prepared subfloor. Completed entire job in a day and a half, floor looks great, really pleased with Lee and his work. We hope not to lay another floor for a long long time but if we do Lee will be our first choice.

Lee has recently laid our Solid Oak Wood flooring (63 square meters) his work ethics are great. clean and tidy with outstanding results and a very competative price. We had a difficult floor base to deal with "uneven concrete and wood"; Lee kept us advised at all times on the best solutions to get round our uneven floor. Lee was very flexible in having to work round us moving in at the same time our floor was being laid. We would be more than happy to employ Lee again for our future home improvements. John & Su

Lee completed my job yesterday. We are so happy with our new floor, it has complelty changed our home. Lee was able to overcome a problem with the subfloor and the finish is perfect! Me and my Husband would most definitely use Lee again.
