Very professional and polite. Did a great job and will definitely use them again

We used LDS to paint our hallway and landing spaces including the doors and panelling. Simon was fantastic. Extremely professional, arriving on time and working fast. He had excellent knowledge of paint and colour combinations and even advised us on one of our colour choices which turned out to be a fantastic choice and much better than the colour we had originally chosen. They also fitted corbels and a ceiling rose. Would definitely use them again!

Too expensive, misleading pricing, and poor communication. I was charged £600 for approximately two days of work (around 14 hours in total), plus £80 for two hours of silicone application that ultimately had to be removed and redone. There was also a lack of knowledge regarding painting floors with polyurethane paint and the necessary preparation requirements. Communication about availability was equally poor. The job was cancelled at the last minute on the agreed day, leaving me waiting and paying for parking while expecting him to arrive, despite being told he lived only a few blocks away. He then turned up the following day instead. When asked about the cancellation, the explanation given did not seem convincing to me. I would have preferred a straightforward explanation if another commitment or job had taken priority. In the end, I found someone with much better work ethics, clearer communication, and a far fairer price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
