    Stump grinding

Chris and Mark did a great job digging out a really large, tough old stump and a few other stumps in my back garden. Came in on time, worked very hard (despite Chris being unwell), did a great job and left the place tidy. Very good work - very happy with it and would be happy to have them back for more work in the future.

    Removal of 2 large conifers
Just don't bother with this company! Priced the job, asked us to clear the garden, dismantle shed! Which we did! They turned up, then decided they didn't want to do it! Complete waste of time! Only use them if you want to be let down! They are cowboys!

    Answer from tradesperson:

I sincerely apologise that the work couldn't get completed and that we waste the customer time. Unfortunately member of my staff and also done this on over jobs which has led to jobs not being completed and now he's been fired (today).we strive on customer satisfaction and give a 110% but on this occasion we have failed to do so in which again we are really really sorry and I will insure this will never happen again. Chris

    Tree / shrub stump removal
Great job, Chris and James turned up early and got straight to work - non-stop until the job was finished. Really nice guys and took everything they cleared away with them. Don't have any tree stumps left to remove but would definitely use them again if I did!

Cutting down and removal of large tree at end of garden

Chris did a really good job of cutting down a large tree covered in ivy at the end of our garden at a very reasonable price. It was a big job and Chris and his mate worked from 7am til 6pm without much of a break. We are very happy with the outcome and would have him back for any more tree work we need and would also recommend him to our friends and family.

    Tree and hedge reduction

Punctual, courteous, worked to schedule and budget what more can you ask? I was very impressed with Landscaping in Kent particularly that they kept me informed throughout their work to ensure that the final result was exactly as I wanted it to be. Thoroughly recommended and we will be using them again.

    Removal of bamboo roots
Chris did a great job at removing the bamboo that had completely spread throughout my garden. He did a very thorough and efficient job and I am delighted with the results! Would certainly hire again and wholeheartedly recommend to others.

    Kill and remove ivy root
Chris arrived as promised and dug out the stump of an ivy root for the quoted £200. It only took him 25 minutes which makes him the most expensive trade person we've ever hired - he didn't offer a discount but had clearly expected the work to take much longer. Also, understanding that ivy is difficult to eradicate we had wanted it professionally stopped and Chris just recommended we installed our own weed barrier matting (surely part of the original work requested?) - we went to Screwfix to buy some ourselves anyway and when we dug down to lay it, there was some more root that we then had to remove ourselves that had just been covered over by soil!

    Answer from tradesperson:

We carried out this work 2weeks ago and this is the first we have heard of any issues. I arrive and I expected the work to take longer than it did. But I worked extremely hard to remove all the stump and roots. the price we agreed was to remove all stump roots which I did regardless how long it takes. If the customer had asked for a discount I would have done so.but they was happy with the works carried out with no concerns or issues customer ask my advise to prevent the ivy growing from next door I recommend weed membrane which I could of done if ask.No roots or remaining stump was left or covered over for which I showed the customer. I tried to contact the customer today to resolve no response.we all ways give a 110%customersatisfaction
