The blade of his toll broke. Max tidy everything and came back the next morning with Emma to finish the job. I am very happy with the way how they check with me before any cuts. They tidy up everything took away all the branches leaving the pavement completely clear. He was very efficient and cut the 8 m tree down in 30 minutes. He cleaned up everything. He was vey efficient and also poisoned the roots. We are very happy with the job and the price. Review left on 28 Nov 2020Rating: 1 out of 5Cut down tree and garden wasteI hired them to cut down one tree in my rear garden. what a MISSTAKE I have made. I have paid they £560 in CASH for the work. Firstly, they have damaged 3 pieces of fence panels when cutting the small tree branches, my neighbour found out at later date and made a huge brawl when his property manager doing the inspection found out. we had to get those replaced. The rear roof tile also gets damaged when the tree failed down and hit the roof tiles and fence panel. Luckily, we are doing rear extension, so those damaged tiles did not cause any problem ever it was raining following days. Secondly, they cut down the tree and poisoned the tree on the 30 September. I contacted the guy on 11 November in relation to the tree stump not dead after 6 weeks, the guy promised to come back to re-poison the tree stump which he NEVER return !!!! we have to hired another company to dug out the tree stump at our expense of nearly £500!!!. I have advised anyone to stay clear of this company.Answer from tradesperson:
I apologise you are not happy with the works. We have responded to you about poisoning off stump the stump will take a few years to die off. As it wasn't a 25ft tree what you put up on job description it was more like a 70-80ft tree plus jay and hes dad put on the job as a extra cleaning all garden brambles and shrubs which wasn't in the job to do at NO EXTRA COST. The job was just to take down the tree not all the extras for the same price. I'm not happy with this customer as I went above and beyond also no fence was damaged but a old out side toilet roof tile was and it was repaired straight away. And also the house was an old house which they just brought with old furniture it was left in the house by old owner which they put in my truck sneakily by your dad and yourself while I was in the back garden and I was unaware you was putting rubbish and furniture in my truck and covering it up by wood clippings very disappointed in this. I did advise the customer to repoison the stump as I was self isolated due covid. As the job was done 3 months ago I only heard from the customer 11 November and if they was unhappy the should off contact me straight away and address all the problems. We strive on customer satisfaction and I'm very unhappy that this review has been left. Builders beware off this customer and avoid them at all cost. Thanks Emma kent

The job was carried out exactly as agreed and planned. Max and Jay turned up on time to cut back the hugely overgrown Leylandii hedge in the garden and proceeded to work tirelessly with great regard to their own and others' safety. They cleared the cuttings as they worked and took them away to be disposed of. They were friendly and respectful and added a touch of humour to the procceedings.
