Sent them photos. Waited a week for them to come. Only for them to arrive and refuse to do the job due to liability. I am giving them a negative rating because they should have asked for more photos or details ahead of time if they were unsure of the job. Now I’m back to square one and the tree still remains. They wasted a week of my time. Seems like an amateur way of doing business if you ask me.

Max and team were timely and did a really good job on what was otherwise a wet day in London. Did the job with no hassle and cleaned up after. Thanks for the service!

Excellent team, Emma organised the job and max actioned the job. They make a great team. Max actioned the tree take down quickly and efficiently, all in all in and out within 40 minutes. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend Cheers max and Emma.

Max came out to quote me for new turf and rotavating and levelling out the area before hand. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and came back to me with a quote the same day. He had 2 guys with him to complete the work and they were very thorough. The Turf was laid in one morning and was laid perfectly it looks amazing we are extremely happy with the finished product and would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

We can't rate "Landscaping in Kent" highly enough! Max and Elliott arrived before time and got stuck in - friendly, personable guys and very professional. Max put my anxiety about "hurting the environment" to bed with some fascinating "tree after-life" info (honestly, you can't make it up!) and what they do with the cut down trees! And trees talk to each other - sorry, maybe not the review info needed, but Max was really funny, engaging, professional, helpful and very, very skilful. He truly loves his work! Max and Elliott also cleaned everything up, including the drive and roadway when packing the tree on to the van. Really useful advice about the roots and all-in-all a most satisfactory experience. Oh, and they did some extra cutting down, not in my original post (sorry). Thank you Emma for being so efficient with the company communications - prompt and clear all the way. Elliott is very friendly (and he's funny too) and takes a lot of pride in his job; he and Max made a great team. We will have to think of a way to use their services again in the future, but would certainly recommend them over and over again 100%! And great story Max of how hard you and Emma have worked at building such a great business - wishing you and your family all the very best. Job well done!!
