Remove tree
Arrived this morning and proceeded to tell me that the tree was bigger than the picture I had sent so would now need to charge me more, I mean it’s a picture, of course it’s going to be bigger. Max also said the tree is near a BT line so would now have to charge more because it’s near a line in case they damage it. So I’m not having to pay extra for something that may not happen?! What happens if nothing happens then so I get the extra money back, no of course I wouldn’t! Max then tells me he hasn’t got his climbing gear so would have to come back another day and requote. Why would someone in the profession not have all their gear on them to cover them for every eventuality as things can often change on site.
Being messed around like this has had a massive impact on site, I’ve now had to cancel the turfing contractor who will be starting tomorrow and the delivery of turf due as well.

First of all I'm sorry this customer was not satisfied as we always aim to give 100% in customer satisfaction as you can see from our previous feedback. But when the customer is not honest and does not tell you about a b.t phone line going through the tree , of which then I said I would return at a later date to complete the job with a new quotation to allow to bring a tree climber to site and then receive aggressive behaviour and language down the phone I was no longer prepared to carry out the work .
