Nigel responded very promptly to the request for help. He gave a competitive quote based on the information I provided and on the day of the job arrived promptly, as arranged. He worked carefully and efficiently to resolve problems which had been beyond the British Gas engineer who had attended previously. MagnaClean sorted, radiators all working (these were checked at no extra cost on the original quote) so all in all, very happy with his work. I’ll probably not go back to BG and, in my experience, their awful customer care and use Nigel instead.
