He came out at short notice, was friendly and informative. Checked the boiler and gas and heating system thoroughly, and provided a written report and gas safety certificate at the end. I would recommend him to others.

Arshad is everything you can hope for from a wonderful tradesman. Although my request was very simple to connect the gas fire to the gas supply. He made sure all the checks were done- gas leaks, chimney leaks, cleaned around the fireplace, arranged the coal on the fireplace in a prescribed pattern (didn't know something like that exists), carbon monoxide checks etc. He definitely goes into my contact list.
