Ash arrived on time and completed the gas safe testing efficiently and professionally. He was a good guy and I will definitely use him for future work. The gas safe certificate arrived in my email account before he left and he said the app he uses will send me a reminder when the test needs to be done again, which will be helpful if it happens.

What a absolute gentleman! Changed his appointments around to accommodate a customer with a severely disabled child! After I’d been left without a hob all weekend thanks to Local Heroes Action Property Service LTD who couldn’t be bothered to turn up or call to apologise
