Ok let’s correct this. I did have to cancel this job due to a family emergency, which was explained to this customer & wasn’t cancelled at the last minute it was 3hrs before. I can’t help the unexpected, you only have to read all my reviews to see that I’m very polite & professional. I see this review very unfair to say the least.
