Following storm damage l rang Kyle at Ks roofers. He said he would be with us within 3 hours but arrived early. He assessed the job and gave me a quote and stated they could do the job immediately. They did exactly what they said they would in the time they said he could do it. They completed the job and l was completely satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to use him again. Overall a very positive experience. Kyle even came back to make some changes that I wanted without quibble. Would definitely hire again for future roofing work.

Replied to my post straight away and gave a fair quote. Was able to come out the next day to carry out the work and has done a really good job.

Kyle installed an eaves tray to prevent driving rain penetrating the roof. The work was done swiftly and for a reasonable price. Photos of completed work were sent. Hopefully this fixes our issue. I would recommend them and would be happy to use them for future work.

Totally not recommentded These two cowboys arrived and wrongly fitted birds netting around the panels. Netting was sticking out above the panel edge. When you politely asked them to rectify the job, they told me that the job is done and there is nothing to rectify. Then they went up the ladder and ripped the net off. Totally not recommentded.

Don't Waste Your Money!!! These aren't a proper company & don't do the job they quote for. Quoted to replace 20 roof tiles, fix the leaking flashing & touch up a few ridge tiles. Before agreeing to the job, I asked if Kyle guaranteed his work & could provide before & after pictures with an invoice. He said he could, so we agreed on the price & Kyle got on with the job. (16.10.23) Kyle told me the job was complete & was (foolishly in hindsight) paid in full before I received any pictures or an invoice. He assured me I would receive them that evening....... Despite several calls, texts, I still haven't had them a week later & I've had nothing but excuses. When I checked the roof from the roadside, there's no sign of 20 new roof tiles, all the debris that was left behind only amounted to about half a dozen tiles (nowhere near 20) There's still daylight coming in through the loft, where the damaged roof tiles were supposed to have been repaired. And no fresh mortar on any of the ridge tiles. Not the job that was quoted and paid for and still no pictures or invoice. If you need a professional job, don't use these, find a professional tradesman, who does what they quote for.

Following a substantial flood into my son’s bedroom I contacted Kyle to fix the problem. He replied immediately and came to my house the very same day. As I was at work he kept in contact by phone and text, providing pictures of the problem and details about the work he would carry out. Once I had agreed to the work being done, he started the job straight away and had completed it by the time I had got home. He also provided photos of the completed work The price quoted for the work was very reasonable and I am extremely pleased with the speed and quality of the work done. My son is absolutely over the moon with having a dry bedroom to sleep in too! I cannot thank Kyle enough for the service that he provided and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Kyle
