Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to see that you were disappointed. Just to clarify, no work was carried out on this occasion. We were in contact and I was ready to proceed, however the start date could not be confirmed due to your other commitments at the time. Shortly after, I had to commit to a large ongoing project, which meant I was no longer able to keep the job open without a confirmed schedule. I always aim to be transparent and professional, and I’m sorry if this situation caused any inconvenience. I do feel the rating does not reflect the fact that no work was started or completed. I wish you all the best with your project going forward.
