That’s a plus, but quality of work isn’t up to the standard what you would expect. The wall is not solid and not insulated and is not straight. The fencing posts not laid correctly measured in line. Still Tried to give him more work but the guy is very rude.Answer from tradesperson:
Thank you for your feedback, any sort of feedback is a opportunity to improve. With regards to the job, what was requested was a solid double block wall, not cavity, no insulation was provided either. The foundation that the wall was built on was already made prior to the job being done, which was neither level nor square, which was explained to the customer, in which the response was to make the wall the same size of the foundation to not lose space. The old fence was removed with its post, new holes were dug, new fences were placed, it was not possible for the fence to be straight as it would have entered the neighbours garden. At the end of the job, the customer checked the job, was happy and paid. But other jobs had arisen and I priced the job for the customer, the price wasn't accepted and it was just a back and fourth situation between myself and the customer. Time is a scarce quantity and it is not profitable in the long run.

Approximately 30 sq.m consisting 1 main wall, a return wall and either side of bay window. Only top half to be done. Old pointing has been removed and prepared. Have tower scaffold on site and materials.

Bedri and his team did an excellent job and completed the project in the time specified. They arrived on time each day and Bedri made sure he was always available to discuss the project with a structural engineer that I also had to employ. I found his team to be helpful and hard working and he would keep me updated if there were any delays. Bedri and his team worked to a high standard for a fair price and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
