Replacement of compression to soldered joints
We had Kyle out to do a job. It was very competitive, but we had a little issue. We contacted him again, and he came out and sorted it, or so we thought. We messaged him again to see if he would come back yet again to rectify it. He said no, "I am not travelling back from Leeds again," so we don't recommend him to family or friends.
Answer from tradesperson:
Thanks for your feedback Paul, we did attended your property twice as you marked up the location of the pipes in the wrong position the first time round. We managed to fit you back in on a weekend to rectify the pipework location and checked that you were happy before leaving site in which you said you were. When asking if we could return again, we explained that we didn’t have the availability to return on short notice & also compensated you for the labour on the Saturday although you said you was happy with the works carried out.
