Gurgling toilet with overflow
Plumber cam out and identified problem was due to a blockage and that it was external to property so referred to Scottish Water who came out and unchoked the public drain. Correct diagnosis all sorted.

Leaking toilet
Daniel came when he said and surveyed the job and ordered up the parts and when they arrived he fitted them.
good work from him and his team, cleaned up afterwards.
will call him when i decided to more work in the kitchen as he discovered an item that really requires to be re-layout to make it easier for us.

Leaking from shower into wall.
Daniel quickly and definitively diagnosed the issue - a wobbling wall (a historic issue, tiles on a flexable plywood) mean the sealant was slipping in between the wall and the shower drip tray, meaning water from the shower could escape into the plaster.
This isn't an easy problem to fix without replacing the tiled wall but Daniel carried out a good temporary fix by adding additional sealant and did this included in his call-out fee of £60.

Leaking shower into kitchen below
Very pleased with Daniel’s work. Professional, polite, prompt. (Sealed a shower tray)
Really good to have someone who will also take on the smaller jobs, a lot of tradespersons won’t take these on. Many thanks.
