Kevin arrived on time, and completed the job as requested. Will be more than happy to recommend him and will be using him again.

I'm a landlord and I live about 30 miles from the property that I rent and I also have a full time job - so this makes it difficult to organise building work and renovations for my rented property. I needed a complete bathroom refurb for my property, and decided to hire Kevin to do this renovation. Kevin organised and managed the whole job for me, including ordering and delivery of all materials, the refurb itself and removal of all waste and rubbish. Contact with Kevin only required text and emails and the whole job ran very smoothly. Kevin sent me pictures of the completed job and it looked very good. The amount I paid for the job was the quoted price. I can highly recommend Kevin.

Rang Kevin New Year Eve, he rang straight back and arranged to come investigate problem with faulty toilet flusher at 2 pm New years Day ! he arrived at the arrange time stripped the faulty unit down and tried to repair found not possible said he would collect new flusher first thing when shops open next day arrived at 8 am and sorted in 10 minutes just like thank Kevin best tradesman we have ever had to work on our property Thanks Kevin Top Job and Top Man We would rate Kevin higher than any rating mybuilder have received before Glyn and Sue Ball

Kevin answered my post straightaway, quoted a reasonable price and was available to do it that morning (Sunday). He turned up as promised, completed the job quickly, sorting out a previous problem with the old fitting and cleared up after. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent service, did the job the very next day, after posting it on my builder, our tenant messaged to say Kevin had done a great job, will definitely be getting back in touch with Kevin if any other plumbing jobs come up 👍
