I’m not one for getting into debates with clients l have worked for but on this occasion l will say l had to. Hayley was such a nice lady and from start to finish the job was a difficult one. Hayley and partner were informed that once all wooden cladding was taken of walls and ceiling there were wet/damp plaster on walls and this could not be tiled on nor dried out and had to be raked off.(it all fell off) All 4 wall had to be studded to let the walls breath. Ceiling also had asbestos on and there for had to be lowerd and re-baurded and skimmed ready for all spot lights.(no asbestos to be disturbed) Hayley and partner agreed that the extra work and materials would be accounted for and agreed to £300 total. Regarding 13sqm to do a whole bathroom floor to ceiling + floor Is alittle fib. I used 24sqm and took 2 packs back. On completion (14 days) l was thanked by both and praised what a great job was done. 3 days after l called Hayley regarding payment and was then called by her partner and threatened to stop calling.... I then had materials stolen that were mine from Victorian plumbing by who ever at the property and was told l was not getting them back. Mybuilder were informed of this and made aware of threats and aggressive behaviour from Hayley partner (over the extra charge £300) After finally being paid l was then threatened again with nagative feedback by hayleys partner. SO....5mths it’s took for there feedback.... Thankyou Hayley and partner
