Very pleased with the service provided by Andrew and his team. The communication was informative and clear prior to being awarded the job and they turned up on time with a very helpful can-do attitude. I was impressed with the commitment they showed to their work, and they were able to complete my job within a day, which is impressive! (Install 6 tall rads + hide pipes in walls). I am already compiling another list of jobs for Andrew to quote on for our house refurbishment, and I would thoroughly recommend his work based on the quality of work and communication skills.

Andrew was quick to react to my need, visiting my home within 3 hours of me posting the job. Job completed OK, and he kept me updated on progress.

Andrew and a colleague turned up, identified the problem and fixed it (in spite of it being in a fairly difficult place to access - overhanging roof). Clean, efficient and effective (so far!). Very pleased with the speedy resolution.

Andrew and his partner Matthew came round as agreed on Monday morning and quickly told my girlfriend who was alone at home that the soil stack was in perfect order but water on the conservatory floor was due to a leaking conservatory roof. My girlfriend was very impressed by their honesty their quick diagnosis of the actual problem. They repaired the roof in record time and went out of their way to source the parts for this unforseen job. They come highly recommended by my girlfriend and I.
