I had doubts about the undersink after looking at paperwork and seen it could go above worktop. Andy but my mind at ease and said it would be easily supported by a different method and I got the job done as quoted with draining grooves! He was responsive from initial contact through to completed job. Nothing was too much trouble for him. When he hit snags in the job (not his issue at all - down to the layout of the kitchen he was refurbishing for us) he calmly worked around them. To his real credit, he worked on Saturday and even returned Sunday to complete the job (Sunday was to help us out as some of the appliances were delivered damaged and had to be replaced). Everything was done on time and the finish is spot on—really tidy work with loads of attention to detail. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He kept me updated along the way and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Reliable, friendly, and knows his stuff—would definitely recommend!
