He was unable to replace the waste pipe but repaired it, and advised to replace it when am doing the kitchen. He is a friendly person and knows his trade. He arrived within an hour as advised on the phone. He is really tidy, considerate and thorough with his work. As this work involves neighbours, he does not mind going to the neighbours to double check the issue, which is highly appreciated. He also helped on an ad-hoc fix for my bathroom.
