Kodi was absolutely brilliant - the whole process from start to finish could not have been better. He replied immediately - visited the same day to check the issue and then returned to fix the issue the following day. So within 24 hours of posting, the job was completed, and to a very high standard! He is polite, considerate and punctual, not to mention very knowledgeable. I definitely felt in safe hands!
