    Installation of ceiling spots/downlights

    do not ever use this guy. he cut 4 holes in my bathroom ceiling to install downlights. none of the holes lined up. they were all off centre. had it re-done correctly but am now left with 4 random holes in my ceiling. he also cut through the ceiling joists. what a mess he has made of my 3k bathroom.

    Hi Dear, Regarding to your feedback, my work speaks for itself. I have reallly happy and satisfied customers and from some of them do call me back if they need more electrical work doing. This is proved by the feedback left on mybuilder website for me. all of a sudden you left this feedback three months later when i attended your property. I can understand your frustration that i left but it was all down to your sons abusive behaviour. He was too abusive towards me and i dont know why. he kept telling me what to do and even you said to him twice not to sware at me. Again, i am doing well and will keep delivering good work proved from my feedback. regards,

    replacing bathroom lights & extractor fan

    Kashif fitted some bathroom lights and an extractor fan for me and was brilliant - totally reliable and very helpful. He always sent a text when he was on his way, answered some of my queries over text and then did the job to an excellent standard. (he even filled in some small holes where he'd had to drill!) nothing seems too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend him & would use him again. Thanks Kashif!

    Very prompt, professional and honest tradesman. Good price for extractor fan installation as well, highly recommended.

    I found the electrition very friendly, committed, and punctual. He found the fault in no time and was extremely reasonable with his rate. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

    Fitting of lights+Electric shower connection etc
    Kashif is wonderful guy, he did wonderful job in my 3 bed room house by fitting 9 flush lights and connection to the electric shower, connection to the electic shower was a tuff ask but he is confident and knows his job very well,in the end he did it quite nicely, he always explain to me what he is going to do next and always did the job in best possible manner, he always try to minimise drilling, drill only where it is needed, afterword he clean up all the mess and leave the place nice and tidy. I must say he is a very skillful electician, and ready to use his services again when ever a need arise. I strongly recommend him

    Alarm Fault

    Change alarm box main unit.
    Kashif arrived on time as arranged. Was very thorough explained what he was going to do. Cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the whole experience. Honest and genuine tradesman are hard to find. Would definitely recommend and will be using next time I need an electrian.

    Finishing off electrics after cellar renovation
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We hired kashif to finish off and put right work that a previous electrician had done. We were impressed with everything about him and would highly recommend him. He is honest and trustworthy (refusing to let another customer down when we asked him to squeeze us in ..... "when a deal is made, it's made".) He completed the work quickly, tidily and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and helpful offering free advice when we asked. He had fantastic communications and very competetive rates. We have stored his number in case we need a reliable electrician again. Thank you Kashif
