Ken White communicated well on all aspects of the roof repair from assessment to finished job. Scaffolding went up on set day by Wayne who was polite and efficient. Jason and Liam completed the roof repair in one morning showing me the photo of the work done. Scaffolding was down the next day and roof is sound after a night of wind and rain. I am extremely pleased with MK Building and Roofing Services. Ken has a work ethic to be proud of.

Ken and his team have excellent online communications. We got videos of our roof repair before and after. The work was carried out exactly to schedule. Everything has been done nicely. Highly recommended.

Mr White answered my request promptly, and said he would visit the property the next day to look at blocked gutters. He called me from the site to say gutters were clear and sent me a video to confirm this. Was very pleased with prompt and positive service.

Ken was swift to apply for my job and rang me the same day. He had sorted out a similar problem to mine in the past and explained exactly what he would do to rectify the issues. As arranged, he turned up on time and did a great job removing some unwanted plants from the roof and sealing it all off. All waste was removed and he left the area clean and tidy. He also sent me photos of the work he had done which was really helpful. Competitive rates, efficient service and a friendly voice down the telephone line, I will certainly be using Ken again in the future.

I felt confident in hiring Ken for the job due to his many positive reviews and I can echo what others have said: Ken got in touch very promptly and gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the job. He reassured me that my guttering was still in pretty good condition and didn't need replacing, just repairing. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Ken came out very quickly to assess the job and provided a reasonable quote. The two roofers who carried out the work did a very thorough job, provided photos of the damage found and also the repairs undertaken. They carefully explained what they had done to remedy the problems. They also cleaned the soffits, fascias and gutters so the house looked much smarter when they had finished. Overall the communication was very good, the response time was fast and the nature of the problem was explained clearly. Ken and the team were very nice to deal with and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the work carried out and confident that the Work had been carried out with care and to a high standard. We would be happy to work with them again.
