    Replace roof tiles

    Part of Kens team turned up and got the job done replacing broken roof tiles and doing minor repairs. Happy with the work and having more work done later by Ken. Thanks

    One tile to replace

    Ken did a very good job, quickly and with no fuss. It was reasonably priced as well which was a bonus. I would recommend him for all your roofing fixes.

    Repair lead flashing and secure any loose tiles

    Very impressed with KM Building+Roofing who responded quickly to make an assessment and provide a quote. They kept me informed as to when work would start and finish. The completed work was filmed so I was able to view both the repair that was required and the finished result. I have been able to feel 100% confident throughout the whole process and would highly recommend this firm.

    Leaking open valley

    Seal flashing.

    Posted job 18/12/18 @ 9pm. Response received 10 mins later. Quoted at 8.00 am following day. Repair completed same day. Not invoiced yet as leaks given the test of time. Bone dry so far. What more can I say. It’s a recommendation.

    Fix leak

    Very prompt had a bit of secondary leak but came right back to fix it and do a couple of other bits they pointed out that needed doing. Thanks ken and boys
