Excellent service, it was fixed the same day. Would recommend.

The initial inspection was very thorough and the recommendations were explained clearly. The work was delayed until weather conditions were favourable but Ken kept in touch regularly to update me on the start date. When the day arrived the crew turned up early and spent the whole day on the job. They explained what the problem was (poor original installation) and how they had rectified it. They were hard working and friendly throughout. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the work until it rains but I have been offered a 15 year guarantee.

All works were completed within the timeframe and estimates provided. To their credit the skylight was not to standard size and had to be adjusted which was done with no charge to me.

Ken and Barry and their team were brilliant. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job replacing the lead in my valley, and associated works. They were courteous at all times, and I appreciated the way they explained to me what they were doing at each stage. They left the work area tidy at the end of each day, and left everything clean and tidy when they had finished and the scaffolding had come down. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone reliable to work on their roof.

MK Building carried out soffit repair works to my house. They were extremely professional,tidy and we are impressed with the work they carried out for us. I highly recommend this company, and without a doubt, will definitely use them again. Shame I cannot add pictures of the work before and after, but the work was done to a very high standard and was kept informed of any issues etc and work they were carrying out.
