KM Building and Roofing Ltd reviews (646)

Ken was the first builder that visited our holiday home/project build. He was obviously a true tradesman because his eyes could not keep up with his thoughts on all the projects we have to do. He quoted on removal of the chimney stack and making sure we were water tight. All this work has now been completed and we were happy with work carried out. Ken is down to earth and is a straight to the point builder. My kind guy, that I would recommend

Excellent job done would definitely recommend

Excellent service, it was fixed the same day. Would recommend.

The initial inspection was very thorough and the recommendations were explained clearly. The work was delayed until weather conditions were favourable but Ken kept in touch regularly to update me on the start date. When the day arrived the crew turned up early and spent the whole day on the job. They explained what the problem was (poor original installation) and how they had rectified it. They were hard working and friendly throughout. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the work until it rains but I have been offered a 15 year guarantee.

Very quick to respond. Job completed the next working day. , No further problems with chimney (wellies back in cupboard). Thank you so much.

All works were completed within the timeframe and estimates provided. To their credit the skylight was not to standard size and had to be adjusted which was done with no charge to me.

Excellent work in all respects. We will certainly use Ken again for all our building work in the future.

I was impressed by his immediate response to my listing. Job was completed well within a week from start to finish. Well done.

Ken and Barry and their team were brilliant. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job replacing the lead in my valley, and associated works. They were courteous at all times, and I appreciated the way they explained to me what they were doing at each stage. They left the work area tidy at the end of each day, and left everything clean and tidy when they had finished and the scaffolding had come down. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone reliable to work on their roof.

Very quick response and helpful.
