    Remove redundant leaky downpipe running thru bathroom

    I contacted Ken to do some emergency work at my mother's house when I was in the UK for a short holiday. His team were able to give come and give me a quote that week as requested. I really appreciated how he kept in touch and proved reliable and efficient. Despite Storm Ciara he did the job within three weeks. From the video he sent me it looks a good job and Mum is happy to have a dry bathroom!
