KM Building and Roofing Ltd reviews (646)

Quick response to the advert, and was able to complete the job is quick time also. Great service, and good price. Would use again/recommend.

Contact made within 24 hrs Professional team would recomend.

Very pleased with this builder. Quick response and work well done. Would recommend to anyone

Ken visited me the day after i posted my job and gave me a quote the following day that we were very pleased with. The work was completed a few days later. We were very happy with the team who arrived on time, they were polite. They talked through what they were going to do and did a neat job. They took away the old pipes and cleaned up. We will definitely use Ken and his team again and would recommend them without hesitation. It's not easy to find someone who is prepared to do small jobs so we feel lucky to have found him.

Ken assessed the task thoroughly, explained everything we needed to know and put our minds at ease. KM Building and Roofing did a professional job for us at a fair price, and we would be happy to use the company again.

Very good experience friendly workers contacted me after completion didn’t want payment until I was happy with the work after bad weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use KM Building again very satisfied I give them 10 out of 10

Highly efficient service, great communication throughout and would certainly recommend

Although I haven't had the garage roof done yet, I asked for another quote at the same time, to replace a rotten board under my fascia on a bungalow, and some new joists etc, which they did very quickly, and for a good price

Small job which are often hard to get someone to do. Fitted me in between jobs and done in no time. Thank you Ken

KM Building and Roofing were very prompt and came to see what the job entailed and were quick to give me an estimate. Due to the Storms and the amount of work they had I was kept informed of what and when the workforce would attend. Overall l am extremely happy with the quality and helpfulness of the workforce and would use them again for any building or roofing work and would recommend them to friends and family.
