I had no choice but to go ahead as l wanted as much waste as possible cleared.Answer from tradesperson:
At KJR waste we take our service standards very seriously and I am extremely disappointed that you were not satisfied with them today Javed. The photographs did not upload onto the website and your post and our discussion beforehand related to the removal of conifer cuttings. On arrival it was obvious that the size and weight of the ‘trees’ that were cut were far in excess of what we had agreed. I did take the time to explain this before we were due to depart without starting the job, however, you wanted us to remove as much as we could onto the back of the caged 5 ton vehicle for a set price. Having stayed and watched how hard we worked to fill and fit 75% of the waste and the maximum weight into our vehicle, I left with the impression that this had gone a long way to maintaining our standards, obviously this wasn’t the case on this occasion. We will take your comments on board for the future and continue to work hard in all of our work standards for our customers Thanks Mark KJR Waste Ltd
