We have an 1830s Norfolk red brick cottage and he has very sympathetically repointed and replaced bricks. The final result is stunning. He is very thorough and obviously takes great pride in his work. He started the job when he promised to and always turned up on time every day. He even fixed a roof tile when he noticed that one had been damaged.
