Dear Amaar, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the outcome felt disappointing. During the visit, the sliding doors were jammed due to broken and stuck internal top fittings. I was able to partially free the doors to allow you access to your belongings; however, due to the condition of the fittings and limited safe access to the top mechanism, it was not possible to fully release or repair them on the spot without risking further damage to the wardrobe or glass panels. As discussed, the issue required specialist parts and technical knowledge specific to the wardrobe system. For that reason, I recommended contacting the supplier or manufacturer via the estate/asset manager, as they are best placed to provide a proper and lasting solution.
