    Install Cold Water storage tank

    Easy to speak to. Visited promptly and carried out the work when suitable to tenant. Every appears good.

    Fit replacement radiator
    I spent over a week unsuccessfully trying to contact Alan regarding my job having obtained a quote and confirmation that he was able to do the work. In the end I had to go with an alternative tradesman to get the work completed.

    Timer on boiler and quote to install shower
    Robert's advice was spot on when he came round to quote and look at the job. I decided to have a combi boiler fitted and a shower over the bath and the work was completed very swiftly and to a high standard, largely by Dean and Johnny. Thank you so much for starting and completing the work so quickly and in the time stated. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A great team of guys.

    fix leaking toilet cistern and repair hot water tank

    Alan and his apprentice replaced my immersion heating element (drained the tank and fitted the heating element properly). They also re-plumbed our toilet cistern (bathstore company plumbings died after about 4 years of use after having been faulty for 3 years) with high end low noise fittings. One valve had been mounted incorrectly from factory, but Alan sent his apprentice for no cost and we figured it out . Overall, a bit pricey (about £100 parts and £150 labour) but well worth it. No defects appeared after nearly one year, so we're pretty happy.

    new radiator installed
    Alan was really helpful, friendly and professional. Great price, very efficient and really pleased with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in using again.

    New central heating system
    A nice friendly guy gave a competitive quote and got the job done for me quickly between Christmas and New Year. I chose him because he showed much more interest in siting the boiler in the best place for the look of the kitchen. Also his guys were very keen to make sure the radiators went just where I wanted them. Slightly disappointed that they didn't clear up too well, but the place is in the throes of renovations, so maybe they didn't feel the need?
