    Replacement of felt on flat roof
    Very happy with the work. A good job done by a very efficient team and happy to recommend K&G Roofing to anyone who asks. Response from K&G was prompt and the work carried out efficiently and without delay.

    Leak investigation/damp on internal walls
    Keith was efficient in visiting our property and very helpful in diagnosing the issue. The work was arranged for a couple of weeks later and completed quickly. From what we can tell so far, the issue appears to have been resolved so very pleased with the service.

    Rebedding roof tiles on gable end of house
    Prompt and polite. Quality of work was generally ok, But had a leak afterwards. Keith did return but didn't solve the issue. In the end I had to borrow a ladder and sort myself. Now ok

    Valley leaking and chimney needing pointing
    Keith was very prompt in contacting me, once shortlisted, and visited the property within 24 hours to quote. His price was acceptable and he was able to carry out the work within 10 days. Despite adverse weather conditions, the work was carried out efficiently and appears to be a good job. The 10 year guarantee Keith provides on his work is an added assurance that he is confident in the quality of his work. Would recommend Keith unreservedly.

    Repair guttering and extension flashing.
    Keith gave me a competitive quote for repairs to my guttering and fascia and completed the job to my satisfaction. Will gladly use him again.

    Replace facials and guttering on terraced Ipswich house
    The work was completed on time, satisfactorily as far as I can see and the site cleared up well, but the £1100 charged (inc. materials - 5 m run of guttering and Sophit and £400, your estimate for scaffolding) was excessive for two hours work on site. To be fair you did wave the extra charge of £200 requested to return to the site the next day and re-glue part of the chimney flashing.

    Dear Jo, Firstly may I please apologise for the fact that you felt the need to leave a negative feedback. I feel that you should have approached me first to try to resolve the issue. My response is as follows. You acknowledge that the job was fitted well and your property was cleaned and tidied well and also that I did indeed waive an additional cost to repair the chimney flashing. You accepted my quotation without comment and paid the invoice without question. The price is the price regardless if the job takes 2 hours, 2 days or 2 weeks. It is not just how long the job takes that is included in the price but also my overheads, tax, public liability insurance, wages, materials, buying your lead from my builder and carrying out a site survey prior to commencement of works. You were not overcharged for a quality job; I have over 120 previous satisfied clients on my builder that have had no issues with my pricing. I deem your feedback unfair and would respectfully ask you to remove it. Kind regards Keith KG Roofing
