Keith and a member of his team arrived, introduced themselves and proceeded to carry out the work no sooner had they erected the ladder. The work was carried out thoroughly and professionally. Keith also drew my attention to damage to some of the tiles which cannot be seen easily, which needs addressing and I am extremely grateful.
