AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! One of the worst tradesmen I’ve ever employed, so much so that I felt compelled to leave this review. Totally untrustworthy, inconsistent and unreliable. Tom Ward takes advantage of people’s trust by carrying out shoddy work or not doing the work at all, despite claiming he has. I paid for gutter cleaning, repairs and roof channel work (which Tom upsold me on, despite multiple no-shows prior), yet another roofer recently inspected the roof and confirmed WITH PHOTOS that much of the work was either poorly done or not done at all. Tom constantly chased for payment but never provided proper proof of the work completed. When asked to return and resolve the issues, there was always another excuse. Tom is more interested in chasing money than delivering the work paid for. He is now making unbelievable claims about BACS transfers “bouncing back”, despite promising a refund. Save yourself the stress! Company now also operates under the name Roofing Works, so beware.

The job doubled in price compared to the first quote but it was carried out quickly and promptly. The company is always available over the phone for any doubt which is a plus.

We had a serious leak that was coming through into our kitchen, and Keyline Roofing were fantastic from start to finish. They got back to me straight away, even though it was late in the evening, and came out first thing the next morning to take a look. They found the problem quickly and got it sorted in no time — much faster than we expected. The workmanship is excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. We’ll absolutely be using them again for any future roofing work. Highly recommend Keyline Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, quality service!

Avoid Keyline Roofing at any cost! Beware of conmen! I’ve found them incompetent, unreliable, aggressive, deceitful & intimidating! They got my job with false promise of high quality & kept told me a pack of lies. Their workmanship is extremely poor! Tom & Ryan lied there were nothing in the gutter, refused to provide me photos as they didn’t remove the waste. They didn’t sand down properly, painted over loose bits, rushing, so the painting quality is very poor & left many unpainted patches. Ryan forced me to pay before the job was completed. A week later, I’ve found many gutter joints are leaking, no repairs were done. One is severe, leaks like the tap water pouring down, making loud noise. They even took my left over materials, so rude. I’ve been constantly worried, stressed dealing with them. Don’t be deceived by their guarantees as they suddenly become “too busy” to come back. I’m very unhappy &dissatisfied. If you don’t want to waste your time & money, avoid them like the plague!

This year, I used Keyline Roofing for my gutter, soffit, and fascia replacement, and they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, Tom was incredible—always available to answer my questions and guide me through making an informed decision, all without ever rushing me. The pricing was also very competitive, which was a bonus. The installation team deserves just as much praise. Their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from the moment they started. Despite the challenges of working from ladders, they executed the installation perfectly, and their cleanup afterward left my property spotless. I especially appreciated Tom’s follow-up walk around the property with me to ensure everything was up to standard. There was a small issue with a downpipe, which was promptly resolved without fuss before the final payment. It was clear they genuinely cared about my satisfaction. Additionally, the 10-year warranty they offered provides great peace of mind, showing their confidence in their work. In a fast-paced world, Keyline Roofing stands out by blending efficiency with exceptional customer care. Tom and his team were most helpful in tackling an awkward roof repair. They were always courteous and punctual and responded rapidly to any queries.

Tom and Ryan provided us a brilliant quotation on a new roof which looks outstanding would really recommend these people kept us updated throughout the job finished in under a week like promised thank you very much guys.

I was charged £5500.00 for 20 hours work by two men which included one extra for seven of those twenty hours. Materials were under £500 and there was a serious shortfall in promises and skills. Rubbish left behind gutter leaks when it rains and Keyline cannot be contacted as address deliberately omitted . BEWAARE a classic rip off of a 80 yr old OAP
