Lee is about 80% through a bathroom renovation and installation of a new combi/boiler in our bungalow. The project has thrown up a few obstacles, all of which Lee has managed with endeavour and energy. I have nothing but positive feedback to give Lee. Firstly he is a diligent project manager. He sees/understands the big picture and takes time to explain it to you and your options. Secondly, Lee is courteous (he has been kind and thoughtful with my elderly mother).Thirdly, he has access to builders, electricians and other trades people, all of whom he manages professionally and encourages them to adhere to his high standards. Lee's professionalism is obvious and I have been particularly impressed with his attitude to safety and his extensive knowledge and expertise as a heating engineer and his communication skills. He also cleans up each evening before leaving the property and tells you what time he will be back the next day. And if he is delayed, he tells you so you are never left wondering if and when you might see him next. And lastly, Lee is a pragmatic problem solver. So, so far so very good.
