Nick was very professional and available when I could be on the house. The job was done very quickly and it is impeccable. I highly recommand Nick.

This is the second time that Nick has carried out work for me and once again I have been very pleased with the end result. There was a substantial amount of clearence to be done,before the process of digging out the cellar could commence. This was carried out swiftly and Nick immediatley commenced lowering the floor, this proved harder than expected because of the flint/chalk nature of the ground - in fact Nick finally removed 3 skips worth of debris. Despite putting the job back, Nick pulled out all the stops and rapidly completed the laying of the membrane and concrete floor. Once the floor had gone off the ceiling was boarded and the stud walls installed, complete with insulation. At this stage the external cellar access was capped off and air bricks installed. With no delay the job was completed by walls and ceilings being plastered to a very high standard. The job was completed on time and to budget, mainly due to Nick's effective management of the budget and constant communication with myself. As previously, I was more than happy to allow Nick access to my property in my absence. The team that Nick brought along were also all very good workers. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anybody for both the excellent end result and upfront/honest approach to the way he works. thanks, Tony Smith

Very efficient, trustworthy, cheerful and thoughtful. He uses his initiative and is entirely committed to doing a great job. Able to be flexible when needed, but kept job to budget. We were happy for him to have the keys to the house; his timekeeping is immaculate and he has left the site very tidy. A pleasure to have around. We will ask him to carry out further work in the future.

I have been very pleased with the work Nick carried out for me. From when he came out to look at the job he gave me a very good idea of what was required and provided a good price for the job, which he stuck to. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we were very happy with the end result. Nick communicated with us well throughout the process, keeping us updated with progress and allowing us to decide how we wanted the job to proceed. Nick arrived on time every day, in fact at 7.45am to fit in with our requirements. We were confident to be able to leave our house keys with Nick when we were not around. Nick and his team were polite and hardworking. They arrived promptly and worked a full day, completing the work as scheduled with no fuss. Nick was helpful in discussing paint options and collecting materials for us. Our house now has more kerb appeal and is protected against winter weather.
