I was thoroughly impressed with Nick's knowledge of building structural support and professionalism. Nick had a look at the works which was requested - and thought of the most efficient and cost effective was of fixing the issue and suggested that approach. Nick did the job to an excellent quality and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. All this for what I believe to be a very reasonable price. Thanks Nick!

Kentish builder submitted a very detailed quote, the works to my property was to a very high standard, I was happy to leave nick at my house with the keys, the patio looks very lovely and airbricks and the roof was passed by building control. I would highly recommend nick for his workmanship, tidyness, and doing the job on time and budget.

Nick gave us a competitive quote & completed the work within the timeframe agreed. He was very good at keeping in touch with me, updating me on progress and checking that we had a mutual understanding of what was being done. We were pleased with both the end result and Nick's working practice ( he ensured that the site was left safe and tidy on day one rather than just waiting to the end of the job).

Nick came to give us a quote for the job (demolishing an old coal shed) on Monday morning and by Tuesday lunchtime the job was done. He was quick, efficient and very friendly. Not only was the job done very well but he was very tidy and made sure the whole area was clean when he was finished. Would highly recommend Nick and will hire him again for future work.

A good, slightly fiddely, job well done. This job was about getting it done to make my chimney safe and solid and he's done just that. I appreciated that he did the job in a little less time than planned, and hence the overall cost was accordingly lower too.
