Nick is really professional, great price. Very reliable, came when he said he would, done a fantastic job, cleaned up and left me a very happy customer. I will defiantly use nick again and highly recommend him could not fault anything. Thank you very much.

Nick arrived on time and was courteous, polite and got my lean-to taken down quickly and efficiently. He cleared up the mess carefully and charged a fair price. Would use again.

Nick turned up nice and early and explained thoroughly what he was doing and nothing was too much trouble he got a very bulky old tiled fireplace of the chimney breast and cleaned it all up as he went he left the place very tidy and hoovered all the mess up, we were very pleased with the work and would definately recommend him. Nick furnished a quote which we thought was reasonable for the work to be done. He talked us through the procedure and carried out the work as promised making sure the area was cleaned up on completion. Another excellent job from Nick and his team. Work finished on time and and cost was as estimated. A couple of problems uncovered during build, but Nick's experience and knowledge allowed a quick response and a suitable solution was found that kept the build on schedule and in keeping with original design. Very happy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kentish Builder to anyone.

Nick came and gave a very detailed and account of what had to be done and as i needed the job done asap he got his tradesman in and completed the works to a excellent standard and all lintels where past by building control today the site was left clean and tidy on completion. I have found Nick 100% reliable. He turned up to quote and for the job when he said he would. He and his team demolished an old concrete garage quickly and efficiently and tied up afterwards. He stuck to the quote. Have already asked him to do more work for me. Highly recommend.

Nick and his son are very nice guys. Nick listenned well and explained everything to me along the way and included me in all decisions and also gave me feedback all the way through the job. Despite not asking to use any facilities, I gave Nick my house keys for tea/coffee/bathroom and went off to work and just left him to get on with it. Came back home to a very nice new garden wall and the area was cleaned up nicely. Infact it was much tidier than I'd left it! The house was locked up properly as requested. Very pleased! Thanks Nick.
