Nick and his team have performed a super job. Nick responded to our request for a quote quickly giving us a price and future start date, both of which were met. They have not only rebuilt our garden wall but also re-pointed all the brickwork on the bottom half of the house (the top being covered by boarding) and built us a new front step. They also cleared up all the brick dust generated by the re-pointing work even to the extent of cleaning window ledges and hosing down windows. All other clean-up work was undertaken too with Nick organising a licence for a skip to be placed in the road which was removed on their last working day. All the work was carried out too a very high standard and the guys worked and acted very professionally. It has rejuvenated our property and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for future work.

We needed investigation into various issues concerning a house we were negotiating to buy and Nick was extremely helpful in examining the work and was able to carry out the work but we could not progress the matter with the Vendor. Nick was very helpful and accomodating and arrived prompt at the location. We are trying to buy another house and we would not hesitate to contact Nick again.

We gave the contract for the demolition and legal disposal of two dwellings from our site. His initial inspection, advice and providing documentation proved that he was well supported and insured to take on the task and provided a reasonable quotation. We gave some strict guidlines of dates which had to be adhered to. Nick and his team of Kentish Builder were puctual, completed the job sooner than expected and well within the dates we specified, and the cost that had been agreed and worked at times through adverse weather. They worked exactly to our contracted conditions and were always courteous and understanding even when coming across problems. An inspection at the end revealed the site left clean and tidy as we required. We would be happy to recommend their services confident in knowing for us they did a very good job.

Nick has been very efficient & professional in every aspect of the project, I would definitely use him again if needed & recommend him & his guys to anyone looking for building work in the Kent or surrounding areas. Thanks for a smooth job Nick.

Arrived nice and early made good progress with job in hand , site left nice and clean would use again and would recommend to others nice bunch of lads. job well done.

Nick was absolutely spot on with the job for us. Turned up when he said he would and him and his team demolished and arranged for everything to be taken away brilliantly and all in a few hours on a Saturday morning. Great stuff.

You don't normally expect to find a builder in your garden at 7.45 on a cold, frosty Sunday morning. This is what happened to me last week as Nick had arrived as promised but a little earlier than expected. After a quick word with me the portable scaffolding was erected and the cowl put in place. The cowl was then secured in place. Nick showed me the close up photos of what he had done & was on his way. Job done.

Unfortunately, I have had to cancel this job as other work has to be completed before I can install a hearth. Nick was very prompt in coming to assess the situation and quoted a very reasonable price. I would contact him again if I need further work done.
