Cannot recommend Bob enough! He is an absolute diamond. He left everything clean and tidy. Was so helpful, even helped carry the old fireplace down to my garage and it was so heavy, In fact he carried it most of the way! If you need a fire putting in I strongly recommend you use him. His price was also very good and to be honest was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. He has done an amazing job. Thank you so much Bob and hope you get time to play some golf! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you to.

Bob is reliable and communications have been excellent. He first has viewed the job to be and suggested few options. When I had the fireplace delivered he arrived and efficiently install it. Highly recommended!

Bob arrived on the agreed day at the agreed time, despite the pouring rain. He is tidy, meticulous and hard working. What turned out to be a difficult job (in my opinion) was dealt with calmly and methodically by Bob. In fact I would say he went above and beyond to complete my wood burner install and all for the agreed price (and a cup of tea!) The end result - one very happy customer with a lovely wood burner up and running - thanks to Bob.

Bob installed a gas fire on our existing fireplace. He also supplied and fitted a new hearth and surround. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding anything to do with fireplaces and gave us useful advice. He also replaced the old chimney cover to a "bird cage" which was a gas compliance requirement nowadays. He was very tidy and cleared up all the rubbish afterwards. No hesitation in employing and/or recommending him for fireplace installations. Thank you, Bob.

Bob did an excellent job at installing a stove and everything else we needed to make it work safely. He was also fantastic at sorting out a problem we had after (no fault of his) and went that extra mile to help. His work was beautiful and everything was left tidy. Bob employed to do some remedial work on my open fire place in order to make it HETAS compliant. He gave an honest, competitive and very reasonable quote, and worked really hard throughout the day on a difficult and dirty job. Very impressed with the care he took in removing the wooden mantle piece in order to keep the damage to the chimney breast to a minimum! Completely trustworthy, I would would highly recommend Bob to anyone wanting work done, and I would not hesitate in seeking his employment for any future work.

Bob did an excellent job for me. Bob gave me a time slot and a firm price and showed up on time. The fireplace I had ordered was from an online store and was missing a couple of fittings, had a chipped corner and a small crack. Bob took care of all the small niggles and completed the installation in a few hours. I would definitely recommend Bob for any fireplace related work.
