Ken was most professional throughout the process of quotation and completion of painting the exterior of our house. Things could have been difficult with my distance from the property but Ken made things very easy and having received photos and reports from friends and family, I am delighted with the work that he carried out and with the price agreed and in the timescale promised to complete the work. I certainly plan to use Ken again should I require any similar work and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others. Thanks Ken.

Ken painted the exterior of my terrace house and also performed some replastering and gutter cleaning. I was really happy with the job and the quality of the finish. Ken was also very accomodating and friendly and all done at a very competitive price. Would definetly use Ken again for general home improvements!

Ken's a friendly, personable and very amenable bloke. He completed a range of jobs around a house for me: gutter cleaning and covering, painting of eaves, replacement of an outside tap and some garden clearance. He has a can do attitude but won't take on things he feels he couldn't complete satisfactorily which is refreshing. Give him a try.

I am very happy with the work that Ken has done in my hall way. The work was completed exactly how I wanted it and to a high standard. I just want to say that Ken Sives done work on 2 of our branches in Larne and Ballymena.He was very efficient and work was carried out almost immediately. He kept me updated at all times advising me of work that was left to be done and he gave us a great price. I would recommend Ken Sives to anyone looking for any maintenance work to be done as the quality of work was excellant.
