    Repair LED lights

    He was very professional,checked out the job, he suggested having a mains operated light rather than LED's,which I agreed to, he removed the faulty transformer and fitted a ceiling light.

    Replace Garden Path Lights

    Alan did a cracking job installing wired outdoor path lights controlled by 2 individual PIR motion sensors. Had a couple of issues with the products but Alan made sure these were fixed promptly and thoroughly. Highly recommended!

    Electrical control system for water control fault

    Alan was an experienced professional. He reached in time. He assessed the job , carried out check & provided very focussed advice to get the issue resolved. This was a difficult area for which none of trade men agreed to work but Alan has worth of experience , he approached skillfully. I m very happy on his opinion. 5* experience

    16mm armour cable needs connecting to fusebox

    Got me to buy the required cables that cost me £260. Drove down to meet him at the property as its a rental. He then did not want to the job because he had no screwdriver drill, core drill and a ladder. He turned up in a car not even a van. This guy wasted my time and money. Had to ring up national grid and they said its not there responsibility and that any electrical can sort this as its not a big job!! Now I have another electrician coming

    Wow !!!! Initial job mentioned job mentioned connecting up 16mm armoured cable. When witnessed what was required it was not suitable. I had all tools required , but was not prepared to engage on a job at at 16.30 on a Monday evening to join one fuse board to another in a HMO without safeguards and being able to confirm access and safety. Pressure was placed to work through night to complete ( never explained why I was expected to re - route supply so I refused to complete on grounds of safety and doubts over legalities. I value my safety and the work I supply And was not prepared to risk that based upon pressure placed to rush and complete a job UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. And it now seems I have to suffer a bad review for not doing the work.

    Single Socket - repair

    Work completed ✔️ to manage damaged earthing. Quoted job on per hour basis to start but priced it up up very high at the end , with no basis - also blamed me for no written quotes ??!!

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Customer disputed price only at the very end. was more than when I explained my fees , when I was fault finding , when I repaired the fault , when I Moved work to accommodate. Disputed my time working even though she stood over me for 90% of it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I personally learned a valuable lesson and will change accordingly.

    New Circuit with 3 double sockets

    Excellent job from Alan. Very responsive and was on time on the day. CHarges a fair price and the work was done neatly and to a high standard. I will definitely use him again and would recommend.
