Absolutely brilliant - we had a water leak in the kitchen that could only be stopped by isolating the house. Karl fixed it as an emergency, with no call out fee and charged a very reasonable price. He did a great job of repairing the problem and putting everything right afterwards. I’ve no concerns at all of recommending him. Very quick to attend and the job was done perfectly in no time at all. I had supplied photos beforehand of my sink drain etc and he was able to attend with the necessary spare parts which proved to be the right decision.
