I now have a functioning toilet upstairs thanks to Kevin! Only problem was mainly my fault, not specifying in my job description what the plinth under the toilet was made of, Kevin assumed it was concrete, when in fact it was some sort of wood. Kevin did the best he could with what he had available to fix the toilet firmly, and put a lot of time in without asking for extra payment. I'm planning on having the whole bathroom renovated later, so will get a permanent solution to the 'plinth problem' then. Lesson I have learned is to specify more exactly about the job in the first place.

Kevin was on time and very professional. He replaced all the old pipes under the sink and made it better than the before. He did a great job and left the kitchen clean.
