Kieran was wonderfully efficient and professional. An excellent job done quickly and he swept up everything and even tidied up my front pathway for me as an extra! Would definitely recommend and would contact again for other jobs.Review from eharvey, Wanstead, London eharvey, Wanstead, London
Review left on 10 Aug 2015Rating: 5 out of 5Cutting overhanging TreeI hired Kieran for this job because of his speedy reply and friendly helpful manner with communication, along with the fact that he also was able to come to view and quote and then carry out the work very promptly. Due to a mistake on my part, unfortunately I had to cancel the job at the last minute but if Kieran's standard of work matches his attitude and promptness in organising a job then I would guess he is excellent. I would go straight to Kieran for a job in the future because of the mentioned above positives.Review from ultragrp3, West Hendon, London ultragrp3, West Hendon, London

Review left on 14 Jul 2015Rating: 1 out of 5Tree trimmed back
I hired Kieran after he gave me two options, to pollard or to cut down the tree in my garden. We went for cutting it down. He arrived the next day with a colleague. I let them in and left them to it. The house is empty after all. While Kieran cut the tree down, his colleague picked up the debris and carried it away under his arms through my house with no protection. The result is we have a stump left so no complaints there but he has made a mess to my house, in particular my carpet. There is mud half way up the walls, ground into the carpet, leaves, twigs, moss and ants everywhere. Yes, ants. From what I can tell they dumped the rubbish in my house in a pile and then moved the pile to his van to make his job easier. Some how its my fault. Idle small talk about eventual renovations was translated to mean I don't care about my house so feel free to make a mess. It also apparently meant please don't use a ground sheet, or to bring any bags or cover to transport the debris through the house. In any case, I paid him to 'Fell one medium cherry laurel and dispose of the waste.' Half was done well, the last half, well, they left half of it in my house still. 3.5 hours for £425. I'd have preferred if they spent an extra hour or two and done things more carefully. I would say if he was a little older, with a little more experience, he would weight both parts of that job description as equally important.Answer from tradesperson:
beforehand I asked if a ground sheet was needed, you said no u were going to redecorate including changing the carpet so didn't mind.because it was raining the moss from your slabs that we brought in on to the carpet which I explained beforehand this was going to happen. When completed u said you were happy to see some light in the garden. but failed to mention any upset over the mess during your inspection. i work at a fast speed and very hard!! To get the Job done to a high standard as Ive previously worked for large tree firms which is the reason why I can complete jobs sooner then expected which isnt as easy as it sounds. Please don't criticise my ability as an Aborist I'm qualified with over 10 years experience.

Review left on 4 Jun 2015Rating: 3 out of 5Trimming 3 over grown treesThey trimmed trees few months ago (early winter), but none started growing, they seem to be dead!Answer from tradesperson:
Hi, In the quote which was to severely prun not just a trim - it was explained to you what the result would be after and that it would take time for them to start growing again then you gave the go a head after some weeks of deciding. After my visit today it seems there is new gereration on the trees as you agreed during my visit that the trees where growing again which means they are not dead! Regards Kieran
