Faruk from London Property Care LTD - do actually Care; as the company name suggests. Faruk went above the call of duty to help my elderly parents home - where previous builders left a damp wall in uncovered state for 3 years. Faruk fixed not only the wall, checked the heating & water in cold weather and fixed video camera doorbell, floorboards, flat pack stools and chairs assembled and handyman jobs around my elderly parents home. Truly a magnificent approach to holistic professional quality care for his customers with impeccable professionalism. I would highly recommend Faruk without any hesitation. Honest, reliable & follows through diligently and respectfully. Excited now to get the bathroom job started which was advertised. For which Faruk help direct where to shop for toilet, shower, tray, sink and all items. Helping coordinate delivery. A true gem of a builder.

Faruk ended up doing a second en-suite bathroom upstairs as well. Good workmanship, made sure the job got done on time, always on hand to give helpful advice and made sure house was kept tidy inside and outside during job.

Faruk was brilliant with the refurbishment of the bathroom, it looks great now. Faruk worked with me on my budget and completion was timely. I will definitely engage again.

Faruk did a very good job of renovating our family bathroom as per our requirements. He was meticulous, open to suggestions and gave ideas throughout the work. Being punctual and courteous was a plus. Overall satisfied with his service and wouldn't hesitate to contact again in future.

Faruk made contact very quickly once I posted the job, came round and assessed the work and a week later it was complete, to the specified budget. All very quick and easy.

Faruk did the full bathroom refurb, installing victorian plumbing suite, new spot lights, extractor, new floor and wall tiles. Everything was done to a very good condition. Would recommend

Faruk came when he said he would, right from the off. He was extremely reliable and his work was faultless. I would highly recommend Faruk and would definitely use him again. What impressed me most, we only had a small job to initially but most of the people I have asked to quote couldn’t be bothered. However Faruk was keen to talk to us. We only wanted some tiles replacing. Because of his approach we now have a new bathroom👍
