I had a urgent job need to be done within a week. Gareth responded quickly and helped to completed within the timeframe. The carpet is nice.

Really satisfied with Gareth's work. Plus he is a nice and friendly guy. He fitted new carpets for us, by replacing the old one and fitting a new one on the stairs and landing. I had purchased the carpet myself. He used the existing underlay and for some reason the nails (grippers) were protruding through the new carpet and pierced your feet when walking on the carpet. I rang Gareth, he acknowledged the issue (thought it might be because the carpet we bought might be thinner than the previous one). Nonetheless, he came back, and using strong glues rectified the issue thoroughly. At no extra charge. Now, no horrible nails and carpet feels nice and good to walk on confidently. Gareth proved not all trades people are rubbish. There are the few who will rectify an issue if customer is unsatisfied. 5 Stars to Gareth. Tip: If there is something you are not completely satisfied with, do nicely insist it is done to your satisfaction - preferably while you still got him there :).

Gareth did an excellent job, re-fitting a bedroom carpet after some building work. He came at short notice, kept in touch by email and phone, was personable and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
